After drug detox, body needs rest and recovery. There is no sense to plan to go to work out immediately, to return to a set of old problems. After treatment we recommend our patients to go to see their parents or relatives who live in a remote peaceful area, somewhere in a country side. It also would be good for them to have rest at the seaside, or in the mountains or at Spa Resort. A man needs time to adapt to a new life, to regulate his ideas, emotions, to reflect on how to avoid the provocative situations. Usually the plan of post-treatment activities is discussed with our psychologists.
